3 weeks ago I called A-1 Clean the Scene for assistance.You answered the phone immediately, which surprised me as it was late Saturday night. The crew that showed up at our house were wonderful. The were very professional, calm and caring. A-1 gave us quite a lot of information that we did not know. It turned out that my homeowner's insurance covered the cost of the cleanup along with replacing the carpet and re-painting the walls in the bedroom. We were in quite a hurry to get this cleanup done, as my sister was flying into town. I wanted the cleanup done before she arrived.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. My grand daughter committed suicide in the back yard. Obviously, this was a shock to the entire family. Everybody was frantic and did not know what to do. 2 of your crew members showed up at the home and got the situation cleaned up. It is nice to know that there are still individuals out there to help. The cost was reasonable and the crew even took time to get me hooked up with a group that could help my family with the grief.

I would not hesitate on calling this cleanup company again.
Dear A-1,
I want to thank you at your office for doing a great job when coming to see me and help me with my problem. I am a Hoarder. I have been saving things for years. It was out of control. A-1 Clean the Scene came to the house and assessed the job. The crew worked non stop for approximately 7 hours a day for 4 days. The individuals that came to the house were incredible. What a miracle. I can see my floors. I had a water leak that I was unaware of (because of all of the debris on the kitchen floor).
A-1 took the time to file a claim with me to the insurance company. As it turned out, Workmen's comp covered my claim. This is because I have an injury from falling. I would not hesitate on calling this cleanup company again. They did not even ask for money up front. It was their goal to make me safe. Extremely kind and caring. Because of my injury, one of the crew brought me a donut and coffee each morning.
Thank you for helping to make house livable.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team. The team of workers were not only efficient but also kind and a joy to be around. I've worked for the Catholic Church for almost 20 years and have been around folks in their ups and downs. Wes has been at it longer and as seen much more (he recovered bodies at the Oklahoma City Bombing site.) We both know what it takes to have to have passion for a job.
Your team showed that passion and dedication today. I know your company walks into difficult and tragic situations and it is clear your philosophy is professionalism and compassion because your team epitomized that today.
